The Carver is a substantial, individually handcrafted carving station, made from contrasting hardwoods to create a piece that’s as impressive on the table as it is practical in the kitchen.

At its centre sits a rich, naturally grained hardwood carving surface, surrounded by a beautifully constructed contrasting timber frame. The mitred corners showcase the craftsmanship involved, while the difference in colour and grain between the timbers gives The Carver its distinctive appearance.

An integrated drainage channel / juice groove surrounds the central carving area, designed to catch juices released when carving meat and help keep them contained rather than running onto your worktop or table.

Four solid timber feet elevate the entire station, creating its substantial, furniture-like appearance while making it easier to lift from the worktop.

Perfect for carving a Sunday roast, slicing steak, preparing larger cuts of meat or taking straight to the dining table for serving.

Every Carver is individually made by hand from natural hardwood. No two pieces of timber are identical, so variations in grain, colouring, figuring and tone are part of the character of the finished piece.

Natural Timber

As The Carver is handcrafted from natural timber, every piece will vary slightly from the photographs shown. Differences in grain pattern, colour, figuring and natural markings are expected and are what make each Carver unique.

Care

Hand wash with warm water after use and dry thoroughly. Do not soak or place in a dishwasher. To maintain the appearance and condition of the timber, periodically treat the board with a suitable food-safe chopping board oil.
