Shipping Policy

As all of our products are handmade and vary significantly in size and weight, shipping costs are calculated individually for each order.

Customers have three delivery options:

• Collection – You are welcome to collect your order by prior arrangement.
• Specialist Delivery by TG Wood Goods – For larger items, we can personally deliver your order. Delivery is charged at £1.00 per mile, calculated from IP28 7AL, and will be agreed before dispatch.
• Courier Delivery – If preferred, we can arrange delivery using a courier of your choice, subject to availability. All courier costs are payable by the customer.

Delivery charges will always be confirmed with you before your order is dispatched. We aim to ensure every item is packaged securely and transported with care.
