Terms of Service

Welcome to TG Wood Goods. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Handmade Products

All products are handcrafted by TG Wood Goods. As each item is made by hand using natural timber, every piece is unique. Variations in wood grain, knots, colour, texture and finish are natural characteristics and should be expected.

2. Bespoke Orders

Many of our products are made to your individual specifications. Please ensure all sizes, designs, spelling, personalisation and requirements are correct before confirming your order.

Once production has begun, bespoke orders cannot usually be cancelled or amended.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Production Times

As every item is handmade, production times may vary depending on our current workload and the complexity of your order.

Estimated lead times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

5. Delivery

We aim to package every order securely before dispatch.

Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us within 7 days if it has been damaged during transit.

6. Natural Timber

Wood is a natural material that continues to react to changes in temperature and humidity.

Over time, products may naturally expand, contract, develop small cracks or change in appearance. These characteristics are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Customers are responsible for caring for wooden products appropriately and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture, excessive heat or direct sunlight where possible.

7. Returns & Refunds

Because most of our products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind.

Refunds, repairs or replacements will only be considered where:

• An item has been manufactured incorrectly.
• The wrong item has been supplied.
• A fault has arisen due to our workmanship.

Any concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Product Images

Photographs shown on our website and social media are intended as examples of previous work.

Due to the natural characteristics of timber and the handmade nature of our products, your finished item may differ slightly from the images shown.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

10. Intellectual Property

All photographs, designs, branding and content produced by TG Wood Goods remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
