Made to order

Every piece is handmade by Greg once your order comes in. Items that are already made and ready to ship typically go out within 1–2 weeks. If your item needs to be made specially, timescales will vary depending on the size and complexity of the piece — larger or more intricate builds may take three weeks or more. We'll always aim to keep you updated, and we'd rather get it right than rush it out the door. If you have a deadline in mind, let us know before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Shipping

We currently ship UK only. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your item.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or differs significantly from what was agreed, contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo and description of the issue, and we'll work with you to put it right.

As every piece is handmade from natural timber, small variations in grain, colour, knots and texture are part of the character of the piece and aren't considered faults.

Bespoke & made-to-order items

Because most of our pieces are made specifically to order, we're not able to offer returns simply for a change of mind. Please double check measurements and any personalisation details before ordering — we're always happy to talk it through with you first.
